1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the DEOR Privé website and portal and set out the general conditions of membership and services. Your signed Membership Agreement and any booking confirmation form part of these terms.
2. Membership
Membership is by application and approval, including identity verification. Membership runs for twelve months from activation. The initiation fee is charged once and is non-refundable. Annual fees are shown in USD; AED equivalents use the fixed rate stated on your invoice.
3. Renewal
A renewal invoice is issued 30 days before your membership ends. Auto-renewal is on by default and can be switched off in your portal. Unpaid memberships lapse 14 days after expiry.
4. Services and third parties
DEOR Privé arranges services through independent partners. Third-party costs are quoted and invoiced per request, and partners’ own terms apply to their services. We select partners carefully but are not liable for their acts beyond the law.
5. Lifestyle Companion services
Companion services cover accompaniment, cultural guidance, translation, itinerary support, shopping and event access. They take place between 10am and 10pm, for at most eight hours a day, in public and hospitality venues, and are arranged only through DEOR Privé. Any request outside this scope will be refused and may end the booking without refund. Clients accept the Code of Conduct before every booking.
6. Payments
Invoices are payable by card through our payment provider or by bank transfer by the due date. Bookings are confirmed when paid. Overdue invoices may lead to service being paused. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation fees follow the Cancellation Policy in force when you booked. Refunds are made to the original payment method or as account credit.
8. Conduct
We may decline, suspend or end a membership or booking where the Code of Conduct is breached, where identity verification cannot be completed, or where required by law.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
