How do I become a member?
Membership is by application or member referral. Submit the private application and we will contact you within 24 hours. Approval includes a short identity verification.
What does the annual fee include?
Your tier’s Lifestyle Manager, response times and availability. Third-party costs such as charters, hotels and tickets are quoted and invoiced separately for each request.
Is the initiation fee refundable?
No. The initiation fee is charged once, when you first join, and is non-refundable.
Can I pay in AED?
Fees are set in USD and shown in AED at a fixed rate of $1 = AED 3.67. Invoices can be settled online by card or by bank transfer.
What is a Lifestyle Companion?
A cultured, multilingual host who accompanies you through Dubai: guiding your itinerary, translating and arranging access to galleries, dining, events and shopping. Engagements take place between 10am and 10pm in public and hospitality venues, under written terms and a code of conduct.
Can non-members book a companion?
Non-members enquire by WhatsApp. A Lifestyle Manager confirms the scope and terms, and full payment is required before the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation fees depend on how much notice you give. The bands are set out in our Cancellation Policy and shown before you confirm any cancellation in the portal.
Can I pause my membership?
Palladium members may freeze for one month a year and Iridium members for two. Your end date moves by the frozen days.
How is my data protected?
Records are encrypted and kept in the UAE under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Staff use two-factor sign-in and every access to sensitive data is logged.
In which cities do you operate?
DEOR Privé is based in Dubai. Your Lifestyle Manager can arrange services for you when you travel.
