Fees depend on the notice given before the booking starts. The fee is a percentage of the booking price; any amount paid above the fee is refunded or held as credit.

1. How to cancel
Members cancel in the portal, where the exact fee is shown before you confirm, or through their Lifestyle Manager. Non-members cancel through their Lifestyle Manager.
2. Partner terms
For charters, hotels, tickets and other third-party services, the partner’s own cancellation terms apply where they are stricter. Your manager tells you these before you confirm.
3. Membership fees
The initiation fee is non-refundable. Annual fees are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law.
4. If we cancel
If DEOR Privé must cancel a booking, you receive a full refund or, if you prefer, account credit.
