- Device and usage data collected when you visit this website

We use the information we collect to:
- Process and manage your membership application and account
- Verify identity and carry out legally required screening
- Deliver personalised concierge and lifestyle services
- Communicate with you about bookings, services and account matters
- Comply with legal obligations under UAE law
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021): on the basis of your consent, to perform your membership agreement, and to meet legal obligations.

Member records, identity documents and contracts are stored encrypted in a UAE data centre. Access is limited to staff who need it, protected by two-factor sign-in and recorded in an audit log.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal information while your membership is active and for the period UAE law requires afterwards. Data from unsuccessful applications is kept for 12 months and then securely deleted.

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations
