1. Our standard
DEOR Privé exists to make life easier for its members, with courtesy and discretion on every side. This code applies to members, guests, companions, staff and partners.
2. Members and clients
Before every companion booking, clients agree to:
- Treat companions, staff and partners with courtesy and respect
- Keep engagements within the agreed scope: accompaniment, cultural guidance, translation, itinerary support, shopping and event access
- Meet only in public and hospitality venues set out in the itinerary
- Respect the 10am–10pm window and the eight-hour daily limit
- Make all arrangements through DEOR Privé and not contact companions privately
- Never offer additional payment or request services outside the scope
3. Companions
Every companion agrees to:
- Carry out only the services in the written scope
- Check in and out of each booking day and keep location sharing on during it
- Keep all member information confidential
- Never accept private arrangements, gifts of value or payments from clients
- Leave any situation that feels unsafe and use the SOS button at once
4. Breaches
A breach ends the booking at once without refund and may lead to the end of membership and addition to our blacklist. Serious matters are reported to the authorities.
